The front of our Sunset Trail I have noticed has developed a wave and buckle.. what causes this and or is this a manufacturer issue ? Any ideas would be great.
Very common problem with those old style nose caps. Little moisture in them and they warp. Check caulk around edges and check if there are any running lights. The lights and the top seam are the most probable places for water intrusion.

Your picture looks exactly like my Sunset Trail 29rl, ripples included. Mine was caused by one night in a rain storm and a poorly caulked light. I've been told that it could be a DIY repair, replacing the filon fiberglass panel but haven't got the nerve up yet to take it on.
I'd be interested if anyone has ever taken this job on.

My Sunset Trail 250 RB has the same thing. Seems to move around .Some times at the top.
I just ran across this youtube article that has peeked my interest. The gentleman used sheet metal instead of fiberglass which would probably preclude having the same problem in the future.
