Front shelf attachment in toy hauler

OK I'm new here and I need some help. I am replacing the front closet shelf in my 2005 Crossroads TF36DS toy hauler and I need some help with blueprints or wall attachment structure for screws in the front cap. I have enough problems and I do not need to put a screw through the front cap. Any information will be helpful. Unfortunately I did not remove the shelf. It had a mold and rot problem. Don't be judgemental, it happens.

Blue prints for these RV's are nonexistent.
AS far as finding suitable structure to anchor to, I think a good stud finder would be good property to have.

Lol. I should have. I see one in the mirror every morning and night.

Since the shelf is in the closet, you could use very small drill bit to find a stud.

Thanks for all the replies. I tried the stud finder method, broke the mirror. Stud finder seems to work ok in some spots but not in others maybe I need a new one. Ok a mission, find a new stud finder. I'll let you know what I find. Also a new mirror.
