Furrion Pre wire Issue

Installed a Furrion cam on the pre-wired backup cam mount today on my new Volante VL29RB. Prior to install tested the cam and linked to my monitor with no issues. Plugged into my tow vehicle, turned on the lights, no power at the cam. Shifted into reverse just in case the pre-wire was setup that way, still no power at cam. Checked all of the fuses in the RV to make sure there wasn't a fuse missing or burnt out, everything looked good.

Was going to take the mount off to check the wire connections but it started pouring rain. Anybody else have any issues with newer Crossroads travel trailers and Furrion pre-wired mounts?

Didn't have any problems with my last trailer, but it didn't have a pre-wired mount for a cam. I had to use one of the running light cams from Furrion on my North Trail, so I know it was wired correctly.

Was the Tow Vehicle Running? I doubt it should matter but being it isn’t hooked to the running lights and it’s the Prewired location it might. I’ve never tried mine without the engine running! I have recently had an issue with the cam not showing the pic on the screen due to a loose antenna at the cam.

I had the truck running, shouldn’t matter but you never know. I’m going to pull the mount either today or tomorrow and check the connections. I’m going to call the dealer today and talk to their maintenance guy. Hoping he’s run into this issue with a new RV and can give some insight.

I would bet the power wire wasn’t even hooked up to the marker lights.

That’s what I’m betting on
