We just returned home to MA. after picking up our 2006 Cruiser from theTopeka IN. facility. The repair staff replaced both sides and the back because of a delamination problem. We are very happy with the outcome of a possible costly repair. Crossroads goal is for customer satisfaction and we certainly are extremely satisfied. When the time comes for a new RV we will definitely go Crossroads.

Thanks again Crossroads RV

Daniel,
Nice to see a positive comment on here...so many negatives...I think we hear all the "bitching" we just never hear the good comments from people who are just 'pleased' and happy with their units...thanks for posting this.

X3! We did a similar thing taking our 30SK to the factory for some minor stuff while we were traveling in that area. They did everything we asked and more. To top that off they couldn't have been nicer people

Dan,
I visited my dealer yesterday showing him pictures of a small "ding" in my new unit. It is basically the aluminum skirt in the front driver's side. It is a 12' long piece of aluminum 19 inches wide. My dealer said if he orders it that it will cost a ton to ship, probably more than the part because of how they will have to package it so it doesn't bend or break. He then suggested when I'm at the rally that I take my unit to the factory and have them replace it, he said probably less than 1/2 hour of work. What I would like to know from you is did you call and make an appointment first? If so who did you speak with there, maybe I can cut some corners here. I will be returning to WI from NY on July 23rd and can actually drop it off then and leave it until the factory rally on the 26th. I just need to know that it will be done and ready for me to use for the rally at Shipshewana. Any and all information you can share would be most beneficial.

Thanks,
Jim
