As I was waxing my 2007 Cruiser front cap I noticed a hairline crack about 24'' long in the center of the cap, it is barely noticeable, not causing a leak or anything, is this common for gelcoat finishes? Is this anything to be concerned about ?
Pretty typical, especially if you've put on a lot of miles. Could have been caused by an object (bird, rock, etc.) striking the front cap. As long as it's a hairline crack I wouldn't be concerned, but you can have it repaired at a body shop if you choose.

I've got several on the side near the rear of the 5er. They look like a small spider web. I was told that they are stress cracks. So far can not find anyone who can repair. Mine is a 2009, just made 2 years.
