Holding tank problem....

Hello friends....I hope someone can help me. I own. 2019 crossroads sunset trail 253 RB. Last week with the black tank full, faulty sensors, I noticed some black tank water dripping down from the enclosed underbelly. Today the same thing happened on the full grey water tank. My question....Is it possible that both tanks developed a top crack at the same time? Or would both roof vents be not fully engaged to the tank? It only leaks when full. Also noticed a stench coming from around the roof pipe vent hole under sink. I cannot see the tanks due to the underbelly covering. I really dread pulling down both tanks at once. Has anyone had this problem? Thank you

It may be backing up the vent pipe and overflowing at the roof and following the outside of the pipe back into the underbelly. If the gray tank is full it usually backs up in the shower.

I checked roof. No seepage at all. If i let grey tank keep filling the shower backs up. It leaks before that happens. Used to be the shower would back up and i would drain my yank since sensors do not work.

I would be checking the black tank by shutting off the water, and looking down the toilet.
Most of us have learned not to rely on the tank sensors, they tend to be unreliable. Perhaps you could get your sensors to work better by cleaning the tanks... Google 'The GEO Method'.
