Hot water tank will not fill

We have a 2018 zinger bunkhouse and we cannot get the hot water tank to fill. We do get water out of all the faucets on the hot side however the water is bypassing the hot water heater. To our knowledge no valves were shut off during the winter and we had no issues last season with hot water. Any ideas what's going on and what we need to do? Thank you in advance for your help!!

Have you tried opening the bleeder/pop off valve on the tank when you are filling with water to see if water is getting to the tank?

Check the heater bypass valves, if it was winterized they may still be in the bypass position.

Check your bypass valve. Could be you or whoever left it in the bypass position when the camper was winterized. Also as Lloyd said open the water heater drain or pop off valve to see if water is even entering the water heater.

Also Welcome to the forum!

Why couldn’t we have had forums 30 years ago. I would probably still have hair now. Lol

Ummm… you didn't do like I did after our first winterizing and turn your electric heater on while it was empty did you? The heating elements will burn our in a second or two if there is no water in it. I made the same mistake, and thought the tank was full because water was coming out when I turned the Hot water handle so I flipped the switch.
Now I always check the outside relief valve to make sure the tank is filled before turning it on!
