Hopefully someone might know. Left the trailer today thinking coldest it will get before we go back in 3 days will be tonight around 0 or 32. Now they are calling for tomorrow night to be around -5 or 23. Day time sunny around 15 celcius or 59 Fahrenheit. I left water in fresh water tank 3/4 full and all lines ready for use not expecting to get this cold. It's 3 hrs away, think it will be fine?

I'm not an expert but I think the temps "dropping" into the high 20's for a few hours at night will not affect anything...by the time it gets cold it will already start warming up. I think it would take several hours of temps below 30 for anything to freeze...especially inside of pipes and insulation. JMHO I would not worry.

I agree. I usually wait until mid December to winterize. Sometimes we will have nights where the temp drops into the mid 20s, but I've never had anything to freeze up on those nights. I keep an eye on the weather and I try to winterize before we have temps down in the teens or if it is going to stay in the 20s for a couple of days. I don't think one night of dipping into the mid 20s is anything to worry too much about.
