Installing awning shade

I have an awning with the LED lights in it. Can someone tell me if there is a way to install an awning shade/privacy sunscreen on it ? I've been told it's possible, but I don't see how.

There is another grove in the awning tube just below the light strip that you can slide the shade into.

We own the Rezerve 36db, and I'm looking at getting a shade screen. Does anyone know what the length of the awning is? We are not at our camper right now so I am unable to measure it. Thanks.
