I'm sure some of you guys of seen this video, but for those of you who haven't I thought it was interesting. Plus I think it shows how much money they make on these.

Nic video - a lot more ambition than I have. I looked at what was done in the modification forum and thought people had more time on their hands than I do...

Am I the only one having trouble swallowing the $4,300 cost?

All I can say is wow. He did a really nice job but I think if I built my own, I wouldn't have gone w/ the same RV interior fabrics you see in production models.

I say this knowing there is no way in he.. that we could ever do something like that. That takes, time, talent, patience and way more ability and tools then we have.Edited by: anaro

When I watched it, I read $9300. He seems to have done a good job.

Great story if you go to his websitehttp://www.chadsprojects.com/ and at the bottom of the page he talks about how he got all the parts. Most were places going out of business and that is why it was so cheap. I think he did a great job and seems his site shows other projects.

I wonder if the $9300 is just parts or did he figure in a dollar amount for the manpower. Labor is not cheap.
