Intergrated brakes on Dodges

Traded the Chevy gas for a Dodge cummins. First ever Dodge and I'am really happy with it except the intergrated brakes. They seam to not work all the time, dealer tried to explain that theyworked on inertiaand checked them with a utility trailer. You think my 37 foot would have a hell of alot more inertia than a trailer. I had intergrated in the Chevy and worked great. Any Dodge owners have any problems? I do like the exhaust brakes and the fuel mileage, 20@ 70mph highway and 10.5 towing. The worst with the gas was 5 and best was 8.5 towing. Thank

Brent, I have had NO issues with the integrated brake control on my 2011 4500HD and I haul several trailers of varying sizes. Smallest being single axle 6K for mini skid steer to a 20K hydraulic dump, including the 14k Paradise Point. I simply adjust the gain on the smaller units. Sounds like you may have a connection problem at some point.

my integrated brake controller is the same. It works but I can't seem to find the right setting. at one point they feel a little weak and the next point they come on hard. I keep it on the lighter setting and the odd time I use the manual override when I need to. our last TV I had a husky excurision aftermarket unit and it worked great!
