Interior

The interior of our 2015 Sunset Trail Reserve has worn away terribly! There must be some defects in the material!
Wish I could attach pictures ?

Here's mine.. it was perfect when we bought it barely used 8 months ago.

I called them direct and they are supposedly having someone look into it for me.

I have a 2015 too. ST33FR

I've got 3 of these couches. 20210808_175721.jpg

Replaced ours in 2017 with a Rec Pro sofa. Still like new. Here’s my post: https://www.crossroadsowners.com/for...ure-13155.html

To have to spend almost $3000 to make something right that shouldn't have been sold like that in the first place is just rediculous. I can't believe they put this stuff in what's supposed to be a luxury camper.

That being said.. you have a nice install there.

When posting pictures you have to go to manage attachments button which is below when you post. At the top you’ll select download file and then upload. Then select close window and they will be on your post. You can upload sever pictures but you have to do them one at a time. Before you download a picture. Go to that picture and select edit, change the picture a small amount and then rotate that picture all the way around stopping upright and then save.(Then the picture will be upright when it’s posted).

I'd shop for a nicer replacement.
I just recently replaced my fold-out sofa for a loveseat recliner.
I found a gently used, real nice one for $250 on Facebook Marketplace.
Do some measuring and shop around. It doesn't have to come from an RV place for way too much money.

We're in the process of selling our 2015 211RD. Even though it is six years old, I lowered the price $500 when he balked at the seats. Since buying, he thinks he can get replacements for $300/couch, and $100/dinette. The "Pleather" covering the cloth is extremely thin (and cheap). Please post if you get some kind of resolution when they check it out. At six years, I felt they wouldn't do anything, and didn't call anybody. Here's ours:
