When I changed a flat recently I got a trailer Buddy, this I just drove up the ramp and tha rear tire was free changed it and backed down the ramp. When I talked to Crossroads before I went this rout the said jack it up under the u bolts on the axle Edited by: fhenn

Before changing a Mission tire that self destructed, I called Randy @ Crossroads and he said jack it right on the axial between the U-bolts. I've always gotten great information when I called Crossroads.

I had to change a tire this past week end that went flat while in camp. I used my bottle jack between the U-bolts. Premonition... I had just bought it the week before to keep in the trailer so I wouldn't have to pull out the truck jack if I had flat on the trailer... Now, ifI had just had a premonition about the firein our office building while I was away... But that is another story for another day...
