I have a 29ft Slingshot with a Jensen AWM970 Audio System. There are three speaker output buttons, A, B and C. On my unit C doesn't do anything. Is this the way it should be or could there be a problem with the system.

Typically, the C button controls outside speakers.

In our Cruiser, the "C" button is for the outside speakers. Does yours have the TV connection in the basement so that you can watch TV outside? If not, maybe that's why your "C" button doesn't do anything. Just a thought.

Just picked up our ST32FT Sunset Trail and ours is the same way. The A runs the inside speakers, and the B is the outside, but C does nothing. I assume it is for units with a third speaker source, but is standard on the Jensen system used in all the models.

On my "other" brand trailer with the Jensen system, A is inside speakers, B is outside and C is both simultaneously. FYI

We have put in some calls to Jensen as well as CR...no response in 2 weeks. We just got our trailer in Nov and A is inside, B is outside and C does nothing. I was reading in another post that it may have something to do with the TV. We are going to look into that. If anyone finds the answer let us all know.

On our ol' Cruiser, A was for the living area, B for the bedroom area & C was for outside. I'm sure you could wire it to any configuration. I miss this option on our new Rushmore, we do not have outside speakers & you have a switch in the bedroom, to turn off the speakers in that area, as they are wired direct from the front surround sound.

Wow, so many hook ups. Mine A is the living space, C is outside and A is the bedroom. I have looked behind the stereo and found the wiring well marked so configuring it to your tast shouldn't be a problem.

On some, "C" is both. Some do nothing, and some have bedroom speakers on "C".

Ours is not DVD/TV sound - we have car stereo with thefader as inside/outside.

Wow, so many different configurations, unreal! On mine, A is the LR; B is the Bedroom, and C is outside LOL...it sounds like they don't have wiring schemes. Sorry, I guess it is more sad than funny now.

In ours,A is inside, B is outside, there are wires for C in the back of the radio. I pulled ours out to hook up some speakers for the bedroom to watch a movie in there when the TV flips around. Then when I replaced the radio so I don't need extra speakers in the bedroom, I ran wire for an additional set of speakers outside since the ones they put in these trailers on the outside are such high quality- haha!
