Left Indiana Monday With trailer in tow. I drove 370 miles and dry camped at a Flying J (generator)no water as rig was winterized. Heat and tv worked fine only had basic stations via antenneaBought internet access for 5 bucks. prodigy brake contoller and equalizer hitch worked perfectly learned alot and i am satisfied with my highway abilities my parking and local road skills need some work and also hitching and unhitching Love my new TT it has every option and 2005 Ford f150 screw exceeded my expectations ((7280 lbs including propane) drove 310 miles today and cant wait till the spring. You have to rember back yard camping can be some of the best camping ever. It gets you used to your camper and lets you know what you want and need for it. Congrats on new camper.
congrats on your successful trip. I remember the first trip we made from Wisconsin to Minnesota in snow and wind. I was too scared to go so my husband and son-in-law went to pick out 5ver up but then 2 days later we drove to California. Fortunately no snow or wind on that first trip so all was well.
