We recently had a couple cracks show up on our 29RE, one at the edge of the front cap and the other at the lower front corner of thebedroom slide opening. Our trailer being a 2006 was within the 5yr warranty. I sent pics and info to Crossroads Service asking for advise and was it warrantable. Within 4hrs Alicia answered the E Mail and basically said get an estimate from your choice of repair facility and is warrantable. Authorization was given for the estimate, repairs completed and a check issued within a very short time.
A big thanks to Alicia Dunafinfor handling everything rapidly and professionally and Randy for his professional advise.
We are happy campers.

That's good to hear as I may be doing the same thing. I discovered a small crack just below the lower left corner of the bedroom slide. It is about 3.5" long. Seems to me I have read here on the forum of someone else having a crack at the same location.
This is interesting and apparently shows a change in construction by Crossroads. Our '07 30sk had a solid skin under the bedroom slide. Our '10 30sk has a seam under the lower left corner of the slide. Maybe Crossroads discovered this was a stress point and decided to put a seam there to prevent cracking on the newer models??

I wonder if that is the fix. Just to go ahead and cut the crack to the bottom and put a seam cover. It's only about another 2-3" to the bottom of the overhang.
It seems that time and time again the factory steps up, I sent in an email for a drawing and had a response within a few hours. Kinda gives me a warm fuzzy feeling.
