Leveling 5th wheel

We have a tri-axle. Do you need to but blocks under all three axles.

You don't put the blocking under the axles. Any leveling that is needed (side to side) can be accomplished by placing your blocking under the tires on the low side.

My opinion, it is best to keep the suspension as level as possible. In some cases that means blocks under all the low side tires. Other times with a front to back slope, some of the tires will not need blocks. And finally, most of my blocks are 1-1/2 inches thick, so if that is too much, then again some of the tires will not be on blocks. So, do what you need to do to get the trailer level AND balancing the weight evenly as possible across all the axles/springs.

On my Patriot I used the Lynx Levelers w/ the Lynx caps. They are 1" high making it easy to calculate what is needed. They will also slip between the axels allowing you to place them under all three axels and then pull ahead 6" to position all three.

Now I just push a single button on our Fuzion toy hauler.....auto hydraulic leveling is one thing I will never be with out again.

The advantages of pushing just 1 button is great. But the cost of almost $3000 takes it out of my price range. Maybe if it's included with the original purchase it would be cheaper.

I really don't think it's necessary to level out all three wheels to accomplish, but I do it, just because if feel better about it.
I've seen many do it the easy way and raise just one axle/wheel but I would rather equalize the load.
I don't think it hurts anything either way.

I use wood for leveling blocks. I was given a tip that when an 1 1/2 is to much you can only put it under one wheel and it will raise it 3/4". It works well and I don't have to carry anymore than I do now. This will not hurt your suspension at all.
