If you are talking about the main door lock I replaced mine with a key-less RVlock http://www.rvlock.com/ It is a little pricey but the convenience of not having make sure I have a key allows me to lock the trailer when I may not have previously. As for the compartment locks my local locksmith made up a set of locks with a different key than used by the trailer manufacturer. But the compartments are not secure as a standard screwdriver will open them about as quick and easy as a key.

ch751.com is a great company to purchase them from. Just make sure that you measure "all" of your doors for the right thickness. The outside entertainment door on my st32rl is thicker than the rest and I did not realize this until I was installing the locks.

A crook can be in your storage compartments quicker with a screwdriver (or without) than you can with any key.

Locks are just for honest people (and to keep the compartment closed going down the road).

So true...only meant to secure for going down road. You can open with any key if you "jiggle" enough.
