Just got our 2010 32 QB home and we opened it up. Everything looks great except one thing. When we opened the slide out, I noticed 3 screws that broke off the slide out (the little white painted ones). On top of that, another 4-5 screws are almost ready to break because they are somewhat in sideways. Did anyone else have this problem? Makes me wonder about the quality of the Zinger.

I had 3 screws break off last year. All the problems we had were very minor, and fixed no problem by our dealer.

Not sure exactly which screws you're talking about, but take a good look at everything else and make notes and take pictures, (dealer repair shops love pictures). Have a running list then when you go for warrenty work they can address all your repairs and your unit spends less time in the shop. If the screws are easy to replace again take pictures, talk to your dealer and more than likely they will get you some replacements. I've been told I've got a few loose screws, mostly by the wife though.

As mentioned, take a few notes of what needs repair. All new RV's require some type of work after the sale, usually very minor.

The screws can be replaced easily, they sell the SS version @ the hardware store, you can stick the screws in a foam block and paint the heads white.

I my case we needed some work done after our first trip out. Take it some place local and shake it out and write everything done so you can get it taken care before a much longer trip.
happy camping with your new Zinger

Thanks everyone, that helps. Sounds like a common issue.
