The one on the bottom left could be for the right and left front scare lights.
The one on the left could be for the outside receptacle under the awning, or, if it's like mine it could be the main switch that has to be on for the scare lights to work.You will more then likely have to experiment a little to get it figured out.
If bought from private seller you might try to ask them, as for the dealer, they don't know how anything works on the new ones they're selling let alone one that's 18 years old.
Wait til dark & start working switches & look inside & out to see what lights up.
