I have a Norcold N811RT in a less than two year old CF31QB Fifth Wheel. On the lowest

setting the unit still tries to freeze any liquid I have in it. Any

ideas what to be looking for?

I'm not sure on the Norcold but the dometic has a slide thermostat on the fins in the fridge area. If yours has that you may want to adjust it down to allow the fridge to stay warmer.

Hi,

This is Biggtime and I am new to the forum so I hope you will all be patient.

Regarding the reported problem with the fridge, we experienced the same problem to find out that the thermister was defective. The service technician from Leisure World in Smith Falls, Ontario Canada was very help full in showing me the location. As my Crossroads Cruiser is stationary, it is very expensive to have a technician travel to our camp site as the manufacturer will only cover the labour and parts while on site. As such, I was able to replace the $25.00 part myself and save approximately $200 in travel time and mileage. By the way, the thermister is located inside the fridge and is held in place with clips. It also has a wiring harness which provides power the thermister and the fridge interior light. It is straight forward to replace.

I hope this helps if you haven't solved the problem yet.

Cheers from Ottawa, Ontario Canada

Biggtime
