Must be a Kingston thing. I think I have George beat. Just to name a few things. Back glass leaks the FOURTH one was right either broken, scratched and just to small for hole, Oh was noticed after window was removed. Waiting on THIRD recliner two torn, one not even the same color. I even think Randy told my dealer its a camper from Hell. They didn"t think it was funny when I called it that. I appears that they are tring to save money on shipping and putting parts in campers being shipped to Louisana. I understand that , but maybe shipping the RIGHT part once would save a hole lot more. I traded in a Cruise T/T half the price of this one so GETTING WHAT YOU PAY FOR means what?????????

I really do like this rig .

Hopefully everything will work out. This is the first back window leak that I remember hearing about. It took a few trips to iron out all my discrepancies as well. Now that we have had ours for a while, the unit is great.

Is it the Hehr window that is leaking or the installation of the window?

Window had two problems you could open the window from the outside with very little effort. then it started leaking from the top center inside.

Now I'm afraid to open windows. I had some more problems this weekend. I told the DW, if I take the 5er to the factory I may not come back with the same one or one at all. As far as I'm concerned, my 5er is the worst waste of money I have ever spent!!!!
