I am seriously considering a new Hampton HT39FK: it comes with a lot of options that I don't know if I would necessarily get if I were to order it. Anybody have any experience, good, bad or otherwise with 1. A tankless water heater-can it keep up with the demand of 2 teenage girls? 2. Power awnings: can they handle much wind? 3. The fireplace: if you have one, do you use it? I do live in Minnesota so I could see where it might come in handy.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

I wouls make sure you get an upgraded A/C unit, ensure if extra insulation/enclosed underbelly option is checked (if available), the tankless water heater would be real nice, skip the power awning (most folks build a deck on these things), and the fireplace is a nice touch on a Spring/Fall night.

Just check mark ALL of the boxes... that would simplify your process
