Order spare keys?

Does anyone know if spare keys can be ordered online? This would be for my main entry door. I would like to have a spare hidden for emergency use, but have a busy schedule this week and I thought it might be easier to order them rather than find a shop that can cut new ones.

Thanks!

Yes they can. I believe ebay or amazon. Just google your key number and it should pop up.

Thanks! I was having trouble finding them on amazon, but a quick Google search found an online supplier.

RV security is only to keep the honest folks honest. I found that there are only 50 different keys and the lockset manufacturer sells a kit with all 50 keys.

Yup. Remember most rvs also have the same ch751 key for the basement pass through as well. A dealer master key will open the door handle lock but not the dead bolt lock. Many change their locks out to something different but my theory is if a thief wants something bad enough, they will find a way to get it.

When my unit was delivered from Crossroads, both entry doors were keyed alike. The main entry door and the outside bathroom door opened with the same key.

A year later, a thief broke into my camper while it was parked in storage. Due to the damage from having the entry door pried open, the dealer had to replace the entire door. I had him rekey the bathroom door too since the thief stole my spare keys that were in the cupboard. The dealer told me it wasn't possible to key the doors to the same key. So I have an extra key on my ring for every time I lock up.

Now, with some research, I see that a guy can buy the lock tumbler keyed any way I want for a whopping $10.

I ordered from Fastec Industrial two weeks ago and I'm still waiting on my keys. Not sure what the issue is, I'm calling them tomorrow.
