Outside speakers

Just bought a “new to me” 2017 Cruiser Aire M25RL fifth wheel.
2 questions
#1- can’t seem to get the outside speakers to work consistently. The forward speaker never works. Rear one is hit and miss and seems to go in and out. Any ideas? I tried the Balance, didn’t help
#2- on the nose of the camper, appears to be a V shaped accent that looks like it has an LED light that is wired in, but we can’t figure out how to turn it on? Thoughts?

My Cruiser Aire has the same V shaped led’s on the front cap. My switch is inside the front storage area directly behind that V (inside the cap). Had to get my dealer to show me where it was. It would make too much sense to put it somewhere logical!

As far as the speakers are concerned, pull out the one that will not work, and check for corrosion on the connections. this would be the easiest place to start troubleshooting.
I would like to think that because it is only 3 years old, everything should look pretty good back there, but you never know how well they were sealed at the manufacturer.
