We are currently 1,000 miles from home and the pocket door going to the bathroom fell off its track. Unfortunately that happened with it as deep into the pocket as you can get. I did read someplace recently of somebody else having that problem. I'm assuming most Crossroads products have a pocket door. Anybody have any ideas on how we can move the door back out of the pocket to try to get it back on track?

Can you get under it with a screw driver and see if this will get it loose ? Maybe run a long wood scew in it so you have something to grab ? I did not think they would go in that far that you would not be able to grab it.

I agree, it sounds like it pushed in too far and dropped off the track. If screws don't work you might try screwing two drawer pulls to the door edge, one at top and one at bottom. That way you can hopefully lift it back onto the track.

make sure that the track is not pulled loose from the ceiling, mine did that 2 weeks ago on a return trip home, I took it to a shop for repair, cost me 90.00 to have fixed, the pocket the door slides into is really tight, the took a 4' long screwdriver and used that to fix the track, but the door need to come off before the fix, if it's just off the track, remove the wood piece over the door it will give you room to put it back on the track
