Not sure what you mean by "Tracks" The awning track on the side of the camper should not be lubed unless you are installing a new awning then some silicone would help the awning fabric slide in better.
If you are referring to the arms then you could use a dry lube on the pivot points.
If you have a manual awning then where the arms extend to raise the awning after unrolling it you could also use a dry lube.
I buy the "Slide Out Lube" from the W store and it works pretty good for the awning.
