I think you have a moisture problem in your TT. I would check any junction boxes for moisture. Dry and seal the connections. If this doesn't fix it you can then look at replacing the GFI outlet. They can and do go bad and when they do they are supposed to cut off power to the outlets they serve.

the one in the bathroom is the gfci and is hooked up to outside ,kitchen plugs ( any plugs near the sinks or outside). Try another plug like the bedroom that should be just on the breaker (not a gfci)

Moisture can be a contributing factor as gfci 's are very sensitive to resistance and moisture will enhance that.
I would first check your starting and running watts or amps of your vacuum cleaner. I guess it will be upwards of 12 amps if correct.
That puts a resistance or stress level on the gfci that will trip it. Your hair dryer probably does the same if run for a bit.
I would try a new gfci on that circuit or find a lower amp vacuum.
Some get upset when they trip but forget the logic behind the gfci's, grounding out when detecting a high amount of resistance, before the circuit can become complete, hence avoiding a pretty good jolt.

We haven't seen measurable rain here in years. No humid dry products available in our stores.

We were in the south west very recently and got a taste of the desert. All the electrical stuff worked well, but I found my skin was a bit dryer than normal. One thing about the desert is when it rains, it REALLY rains! They have a lot of dry river beds called washes and when it rains they run with water.

Yes, the monsoon season in the desert can get crazy. Here in So Cal, we don't see much of that. It may "spit"once in a while. When it does, the news coverage is amazing. Water on the windshield... Top story.
