We are considering getting a power jack but we aren't sure what "size" we need. Mantelli Trailer Sales RV Store (found at E-Bay) indicates there is a 2 inch tube fit size and a 2.25 inch. We have a Sunset Trail 29RL. DH measured but we aren't sure what should have been measured. The shaft of the current manual jack is 2" and the housing is 2.25". Does anyone know which size we should get?

Also - I've seen lots of posts at about the different jacks and there doesn't seem to be a clear cut winner on brands. Opinions between Ultra-Fab and Barker?

Ultra Fab makes good products. We have their Eliminator stabilizers on our trailer and they are well built and work great. I would give them a call and I bet they could help you figure out which one you need.
