OK maybe its time I say my 2 cents worth here. We took delivery of our 2011 Kingston 30 SB in March of 2010. Since then we have pulled it over 5000 mi. and live in it aprox. 2 months total. We have had no frame or slide out issues or any other problems. The unit has not been back to the dealer for any reason. Maybe we just got lucky.

sounds like a good PDI could have helped you with your headaches. next time dont be in a rush and insist the dealer takes its time with you. my PDI took almost three hours.

If I had read this forum before purchasing our Zinger, I probably wouldn't have bought it.We have had it 4 months and it has spent about three weeks total at the dealer. Parts allegedly ordered have never shown up. The microwave still doesn't work right, even after two trips to the dealer. When I suggest they replace it, I get a funny look and the subject is changed. Last week, the first time I attempted to raise the blinds over the bed, they fell apart. Then the blade fell off the fan in the bath. Rather than make another 100 mile round trip to the dealer, we fixed these ourselves. The front awning handle broke, (the pin wouldn't pop out into the hole.) Theyreplaced it. The next time I attempted to use the awning, the new one did the same thing. I took this one apart and fixed it myself. All of this in four months and ~4,000 miles.

So far, no axle or tire issues. (fingers crossed)

It is better insulated than our last trailer and it tows very well.

rv-rick - I don't think that sounds like a Crossroads quality control issue. Those problems sound like the type that a good dealer could easily take care of.However everyone can esaily understand the hassle when you don't have a good dealer and even then they are 100 miles away.

rick it sounds like your dealer is lousy. take your complaints to crossroads and see if they can help you. the factory has gone above and beyond for some of us on this forum. they transported my trailer over 2000 miles roundtrip because my crossroads dealer had a bunch of morons working in there shop. call and speak to randy mishler. good luck.
