Yes, I would assume the dealer would move my existing hitch. my tongue weight dry is on 635, that why I spent alot more money on the Crossroads because of the superlites weight.
But I agree, I've never towed my hybrid (other than when i park it up the road) without my WDH.
The only issue is that I pulled the trigger on a propride hitch and will be pulling my existing WDH of the trailer as soon as I get home, so whatever time they spend on the existing hitch is only to get me home.
Seans been great at Propride and recommended I install the hitch myself since most dealers are not familiar with the hitch and would most likely be doing their first one, so might as well be me doing the install. Besides, I do most of my own auto repairs, so this shouldn't be a big deal to install.
I did have to upgrade my Torque wrench to go to #250!
