I do not understand the numbers on Ram's chart. It still shows Ford and GM with much higher carry capacity.

I like my 05, it'spaid for and with the simple push of a button I have the same HP and torque of the new ones. Bet I get better mileage to.

With trucks in the 3500 class and driving posted speed limits there is really no need for more than 350 hp. If they keep this horsepower race going the government may get involved and we sure do not want that to happen. They are already too involved.

It's like adding the aftermarket goodies right at the factory. Question is, how reliable is it going to be?

I think they just needed to boost it up to stay in the running with ford and chevy, some one said it above, Thething is how reliable is it going to be. only time will tell. I do like that it will not need exh. fluid. My 07.5 6.7 will be doing the same # once I add the smarty box. I do like that the 800 torque is at 1600 RPM and I can tell you that the 68rfe 6 speed auto with 4:10 gears keeps your rpm right in the torque range in every gear. and 650 is a lot 800 must be crazy. I realy think that all 3 will reach a poing where they all have the same HP and torque and it will just be what truck you like and what one has issues or what one dont.
