I'll bet Google does, but you will probably have to tell em what recalls you want to check out.

if your interest deals with a car/truck, try NTSB or google Safety Recalls. If it deals with your RV or an appliance, you might have to go to the manufacturer.

NTSB web site works for RVs just like car/truck. The list of manufacturers includes them all, just select Crossroads. For example, in 2011, CR has 7 recalls on the NTSB list. But I agree, for appliances, probably check the manufacturer's web sites or wait for a recall letter.
