Refrigerator wants to come out from the enclosure

It appears that the refrigerator has come loose and is dropping and pulling the plastic frame with it. From the outside it looks fine and is still screwed to the deck where all connections are made.
Anyone else ever have this happen?

Yes, a friend had same problem. He opened the outside vent and saw the frame screws were too small for the holes. Installed bigger screws after pushing it back and now has no problems.

Up-Date.
Apparently the sub floor on the pop-out has shifted about 1/2" inward and is in need of repair. When I have more to share I will.
