My wife broke one of the plastic clips that hold the sliders in the bedroom closed. Where can I get a replacement? Is there a direct replacement that is better quality? She said that she was just pulling enough to disengage it from the slider and it broke off in her hand.

Thanks,

I picked up a package of two for spares at a local RV dealer.

If your talking about the mirror door clips, Larry Day (Dayle1) designed some magnetic ones that work great. He will chime in soon. Highly recommended.

I have been watching the weather and yesterday the US Map was ALL RED except for the NW area. Glad we had the rally earlier in the year. Whew, it's too hot down there for us! Unable to send rain....we are into the summer now with the wet Spring behind us....mid to upper 70's here on the Island.

It seems that the replacement latches break easier than the OEM. I had the first one break at about the 5 year mark. the two pack I bought to replace it with have both broken within a couple of months. I think I am going to follow Larry's idea.

Picked up my new trailer 7/1. 4th time I opened the sliding mirrors the catch broke, 7/3. Picked up a new pair at the dealer 7/5, freebies. Used twice now. Fingers crossed.
