My entry steps are tilted downward in the front. I have looked an looked tying to figure out an adjustment. They appear to be bolted in solid. Any ideas would surely be appreciated.

Mine are too. It is on my to do list for this summer. Right after clean the roof and wax the sides... We'll have to see if any one comes up with a fix or maybejust figger it out ourselves...

I'm not sure there IS an adjustment. You may have to shim under the bracket on the back bolts in order to raise the front of the steps.

Our Kingston had the same problem and the factory fixed them. If I remember right they had to drill new bolt holes and rehang it. If it's under warranty they are happy to fix it. In fact they did non warranty work for us (power awning) and charged a very fair rate for it. We will be there the Wednesday before the rally and have more work done. The furnace needs work and I want them to make the rear window a solid one.
