The water draining off the roof a/c is rust colored. Any ideas/suggestions? The a/c pan should not be rusted on a unit less than two years old and kept under roof most of the year.

Art, have you gone up on the roof and looked to see if the drain water is a rust color coming out of the unit while running? Does your roof have the same color on it from the water draining out of the unit? You could pull the AC cover off and just see if you find any rust on the inside of the unit. If it is a rust color coming out all the time I would get it to a authorized Dometic dealer soon.
I started to say maybe it was all this yellow oak pollen that has been in the air down here for a couple of weeks but that would wash out pretty quick I would think from running it all the time. Let us know what you find out.

I am not sure if these units have any kind of drain pan, but if it does, the hole for the drain pan may be clogged causing water to pool and rust in the pan.. This happened on another unit I had.
Art, we had AC issues in our unit right after we got it and I called Randy @ Crossroads and he told me I needed to call Dometic for the AC issue. I called Dometic and they gave me the closest service center to us which was Camping World and I took it there. They were able to get us fixed up (after two trips) and it was covered under their warranty. I would start with your dealer or Randy and go from there.
