I had a few hours to kill when in the area so I stopped by the RV/MH Hall of Fame. Was an interesting stop and I would recommend it to anyone in the area. It's easy on & off from I-80/90 in Elkhart.

I have a small write up on my blog.http://www.tgifrv.com/2011/10/rvmh-hall-of-fame/

Also some photos herehttp://www.tgifrv.com/nggallery/page...-8/gallery-38/

I stopped there too during the factory rally....it was neat to see the history of some models and to see items that I never knew existed. Wish they had a few more of the newer items on display...they sure had the room for it and enough manufacturers in the area to rotate a new one in each month...

We too went to the museum this summer and thoroughly enjoyed it. We especially liked the older RV's. Our only complaint was that Jeanine, our GPS, took us in the back way which was a tiny dusty road at the back of their parking lot. I don't know what she was thinking but the easy off and on from I-80 was a lot better.

Our first one was named Sally after a lady we knew that was a real nag. This one is named Wanda after the good witch in the wizzard of Oz

I live in Elkhart and just went to the RV Museum for the first time last year! I was very impressed with it all. They are having income problems so for anyone interested in seeing it, do not delay too long. The industry is not real supportive it seems.
