RVlock keyless locks

Has anyone had any luck with the RVlock keyless locks?

I purchased one several years ago and the lock has not been very reliable. When it was under warranty RVlock did replace it. Then a couple years later I replaced the logic board in the part that mounts on the door.

I have a remote pad on the side of the trailer as the vintage I have did not have a indigrated keypad in the lock.

Right now I can not get the lock to operate with the remote keypad or the key Fob that came with the lock. I have replaced the batteries with known good batteries.

I see they have the new ones on sale and before I put out close to $200 to replace mine I want to know what results anyone has had with the current models of the RVlock.

Just got mine recently, so no long term history. But so I do like it, especially when I have a few guests with me.

We have had our RVLock for a couple of years and it has worked flawlessly. It's even on the original set of batteries. Our camper is kept at our home and having the RV Lock makes accessing it so convenient. I will never own another camper without one!

Completely agree. They must have improved the newer units. Ours has worked exceptionally well for a while now. One of the best mods for us.

RV keyless lock

We had our RV keyless lock installed several years ago on our fifth wheel still on same battery. We have the key fobs. We never had a problem and would not own a Rv without it after having this lock.

When I read the last few entries in this thread the other day I followed the link to Amazon. While I was there I checked their Lightning Deals and found this lock by LatchIt, RV Keyless Entry Door Lock, on sale with a additional coupon. It was delivered the next day, and I installed it today. I think I am really going to enjoy this upgrade.
