As noted, there is no manual crank to open/close this model of Schwintek slide.
It is a good idea to familiarize yourself with the Schwintek videos and download the manuals from Lippert as well. They will come in handy at some point in your travels.
I would first try the override function. You will have to check the manual for this. I believe that you press one of the buttons on the controller until another light flashes letting you know that override is activated. Then press the slide switch IN and the slide should come in. The override bypasses the other safety controls which would prevent the slide from moving(???). I have never tried this feature, yet, but that is how it is suppose to work.
In the event this does not work you will have to disengage the motors on either side of the slide. There is a screw under the bulb molding on each side of the slide on the outside. Remove the screw and lift the motor up just enough to disengage it from the gear underneath (you won't be able to see this gear). Raise it about an inch. The slide will free wheel when pushed in. Make sure you put the motors back down and into the gear below. This locks the slide from moving on its own. Important: do not unhook the electrical connector at the top of the motor.
Best advise here again is to familiar yourself with how your slide operates and how one is taken apart and repaired.
Good luck.
