I have this issue on my fifthwheel front cap. The screws along the roofline keep backing out all on their own and I have to tighten them down and they back out again in a few months. The trailer has been stationary for two years now due to covid so it's not a travel related issue which I could understand if it was on the road due to flexing. I'm thinking I may have to maybe coat them with construction adhesive or something. Anyone have the same issue and what did you do to stop it from happening?
Cheers, Don.
Screws out of my end cap about two years later. Never moved. Rusted out or over tighten by factory. I went with one size larger, longer and stainless steel. Plus sealant. I own a 2013 Crossroads Rushmore. Replaced screws in 2014 or 15. After noticing the cap started raising.
Replaced the rear cap screws also.
Good luck
