Just need a little advise on what kind and length of sewer hose to buy.Our dealer thru in a hose but I think a plastic bag would have more strength.Thanks.

I carry 30' in 10' sections, you can never have too much, better to have it and not use it than to need it and not have it......

I use the triple wrap sewer hose with Valterra fittings. I have two 20' sections and one 10'. As Mike said it is better to have it and not use it then to need it and not have it.

I like the Rhino stuff from camping world. It strong and 15 or 20 ft closes down to about 3-4 ft.I carry about 30 ft that is about 7-6 ft long when pushed together and it stays in the shape you put it.

I have the rhino hose. I like that it is semi-rigid and consequently doesn't "slinky" around when I am emptying and I can place it around any obstacles and it will stay there. It is also very durable. I carry a 20' and a 10'.

I have quite a collection of different hoses. I think I have the right set up, and go to new campground and none of what I have will work. Go out and try to find extensions, but none will fit what I have. I think the next rally I attend I will set up a display, of what not to do

that's awesome fhenn, made me chuckle, I upgraded to the Rhino Flex hose system last year, love it, easy to maneuver easy to set up, I keep the connections in a tupperware tub sealed in front storage & right now keep 2 hoses in the rear bumper but think that I am going back to a pvc tube like others, I had that setup on my last camper & worked great.

good luck with your hose set up, all i could think of is Robin Williams in RV when i read your post.

yup been there done that.

I can attest Frank did have a nice display of "Sewer Accessories" at the Texas rally. He even added another 20' section while we were there.

So it sounds like we want Frank at all the rallies so that everyone can come over and barrow what they need. Frank is doing his best to get the economy going by buying stuff.

I bet Hoover laughs every time Frank sets up.
