Slide not working

2014 Sunset Trail BH. Slides on trailer will not work. The velocity slide controller under the fireplace has no lights lit up. Checked fuses and they are all good. Power to fridge, lights and outlets working fine. What would cause no power to slides. Fireplace and furnace does not work either.

You have 2 power sources in your rv & sounds like you have issues with both, so with a multimeter you need to troubleshoot both sources to find the problem.
The lights, furnace, water pump, slide motors/pumps will all be powered by your 12 volt battery power through fuses. Also the water heater & fridge require 12 volts to power the control boards regardless of which power source they're operating on, gas or electric.
The microwave, fireplace, ac will be 120 volt from shore power, or generator if equipped, with circuit breakers like in your home. To insure the breakers haven't tripped completely turn them off one at a time & then turn them back, it may not be noticable that they have tripped visually.
There's also a converter that allows using 12 volt items to be powered while on shore power & charging your batteries at the same time, but a fully charged battery is required along with the converter.

Slide not working

Depending on what slide is not working, There is a second control box underneath the closet across from washroom. It hidden behind a panel.

There is a process that you follow with these control boxes to override the system to get it working again.
