Slide out problems

When coming home from our last camping trip after parking the camper we put out the slide out and I noticed that the flooring is sticking out about a half inch at the bottom on one side. It looks like particle board. We have a Zinger Reserve fifth wheel and I dont think this should be happening after only 2 years use. 2 normal sized adults and 3 kids. Of course it is not under warranty anymore and I have no idea how serious this issue is or how much it will cost to fix it but it definitely needs to be fixed. Any thoughts or suggestions would be helpful.

Is it letting go next to the wall/end of the slide?
Do you guys use the slide area when the slide is pulled in?
