Slide-out weird operation

I just bought my Winnebago Remington 2100 ds 2013 and it as a Lippert slide Topper.
My Slide System is the Happi Jac above floor Sofa and there is one motor only, with 2 slides track at the bottom.

The problem is that the top of the slide wen you open the slide, the bottom of the slide come out a bought 3 inches before the top of the slide out start to move out.

Same thing wen the slide out is extended and you start closing it, the top of the slide out will moved in but only when the bottom of the slide as come in about 3 inches.

I tried to take off pressure on the topper spring roller ( one turn only ) so it will not pull as much on the top section of the slide but no improvement!

Is that normal operation or is there a fix to the mechanism?

I don't think the slide topper has anything to do with how the slide moves in, or, out.
The way you are describing the movement, it sounds normal to me.
When it starts back in, the bottom should start first. That tilts the slide up a little so it's not scraping on the floor.

I believe that is a flush floor slide and what you are experiencing is normal operation. As the slide goes out it will tip to some degree until it gets fully extended. As it is nearing the end of its travel the inside drops down to make the floor flush/flat. As it does so it squares up with the wall so the side seals.

Ok I understand but also I find that wen the slide is close, the top seal is seal but about 1/4 inches less compress than the bottom seal that is compress very tight.
Is that normal also ?
