I have had no problems with mine and I don't recall reading about problems. Probably just an "isolated incident".

I have a 2012 Cruiser 335SS and the only trouble that I had with the bed roomslide was it leaked water if it was in or out. Had it sent to the factory for repairs. Not had it out in the rain yet to see if it leaks. But it has not failed to go in or out yet. I hope this post did not jenks me LOL.

I've had to take my 2011 in for repairs. I started having problems with the dining room slide. Finally, it wouldn't go out. I tried to manually crank it and ended up breaking the manual crank rod. Ending up having the crank rod and the motor and motor arm mount replaced. The motor had broke loose and actually wrapped around the arm. Mine was under warrenty so it was repaired. Except I had to sit for four hours and two hours of driving.
