I have an early 2011 27 ft Slingshot with 4 round glass ceiling globes. I have tried to unscrew them using everything but a 48in pipe wrench. None are damaged to where my wife has noticed however 3 of the 4 do not work. Got an idea how to remove the globe? Are the globes pressed in?

Have you tried calling your dealer and or CR to get their thoughts?

I have a 2011 Slingshot 29BHS. I just checked mine and was able to get the 4 globes out by pulling straight down on them. They are held in place by some sort of spring-clip.

Yes, the fixture is held into the ceilingby 3 spring clips, like a toggle bolt. The lens does unscrew ccw, from the fixture, like a regular bulb, without removing it from the ceiling. The fixture has 2 stamped dimples, that the lens threads tight onto. The bulb is 12 volt DC, 2 prong halogen type. My socket was crimped too tightly to the fixture & I blew a few bulbs, before I had the fixture replaced.
