Specs on batteries. Don't understand

I came across some batteries at a good price (used). Please help me understand what thesespecs mean. I do understand some.Thanks

Are these considered AGM's or GEL's ? No top caps ( sealed)

IMHO - I would be real leery about used batteries. Age and care come into play heavily with direct impact on your systems.

Have you / can you check them to be sure they fall into spec?
