What products do folks use for the following;

-Roof caulking around penetrations.
-Cleaner/sealer/protectant for skylights, vent covers, A/C covers, etc.
-Lube for retractable antenna.
-Cleaner for rubber roof.
-Protectant/cleaner for slide seals and gaskets.
-Landing gear, steps and jacks/levelers lube
-Awning cleaner.

Thanks.

It is great you are thinking about all the maintenance now that camping season in near and to protect your investment. I have a 05 PP and this is what I use

-Roof caulking around penetrations.
I use the Dicor self leveling caulk. clean the area and seal any area that looks like it might need it.

-Cleaner/sealer/protectant for skylights, vent covers, A/C covers, etc.
Never used any thing other than cleaning the roof to wash these areas.

-Lube for retractable antenna.
I do not think I have ever put any lube on the ant. Oil products will damage the roof so I just stay away form that.

-Cleaner for rubber roof.

I have used cleanser or spic n span powder with water brushing with a medium brush.

-Protectant/cleaner for slide seals and gaskets.

Protectent 303

-Landing gear, steps and jacks/levelers lube

I use the spray slide lube. They say no lube needed I am not sure about the newer slide systems.

-Awning cleaner. The same with the roof just make sure you rinse it good and let it dry.

One other item I do because the trailer is not stored - check the brakes and bearings each spring.
