While in a campground last fall, a rather distraught woman from a neighboring campsight came up to me and said her husband had left with their brand new trailer keys and she needed to get something out of one of the storage compartments. Could I give her a ride to the dealer where they bought their rig so she could get another key? Was maybe a half hour round trip. I said I could do better than that and proceeded to open her storage door with my "universal" 751 key. She was dumbfounded that I could do this as theirs was a Forest River TT. I then explained the reality of the industry-wide use of 751 locks. She thanked me and said that they'd have the dealer install new locks when they took it back from their shakedown cruise. Kind of a fun story. Then..."oh by the way, could you show me how the awning works?"
